This theme is based on Hemmingway dark theme. Author of this mod changed the colors and add some other additions.
New elements are:
1. Ajax commenting.
2. Top Menu { Portion added in the HemmingwayBright Theme }
3. Author comment highlight.
4. A left Sidebar.

I don’t know about that red colors, but besides that theme looks really great. You can build great website using this skin. It takes Hemmingway dark layout and structure which was also nice to next level. Hope to see more mod of Hemmingway theme soon.
This kind of themes can be used to create websites such as: Whalesalad. You must admit very well organized page with nice looking layout.
