Well for SEO in WordPress i use this method:

I never use this SEO Pack, maybe it is good but i choose other plugins for that.

Another nice tweak to increase your Comment Feeds Subscribers or maybe in other words make your visitors life easier is to edit your header.php and add this line.. http://www.johntp.com/2007/03/.....bscribers/
