This is very strange, but i edit theme outside and uplod it by FTP, the WordPress editor is not so superb at all. This is my opinion. I don't think your problem is my theme fault. Did the folder and every single file to 777. Still no go, it's like it's locked out. The other themes I have installed work fine though?
