HowTo Create Balloons with comments

I want to create comment balloons on this website:

I add simple graphic on right side, this part where you can see ‘4 comments’. Like you see on the preview screen, it is only simple example. I want to add there nice ballons icon with comments number inside. It will be a great place in my design and many websites use this tip. I am pretty sure that you know what i am talking about.

Now what I need is:
1. nice free balloons icons
2. css code for that + php code showing number of comments + implement this one to my WordPress theme

I search for plugins or tutorials but didn’t find anything good for WordPress.

I want to implement this tip on iTunes-Skins.com because we have there many comments so I would like to put that comments number more visible for new users.

Anyone know how to setup this one ?
