Fahlstad Design has new theme for it with nice sidenotes implementation. Now you can add this to your blog to have comments on your asides. Very easy to implement with this Sidenotes with commenting - a tutorial. Under normal sidenote you have visit link and link to comment this single note. All the sidenotes are normal WordPress posts using category called sidenotes only for this purpose.
