sound quality, bass & speakers sound

HowTo Create Balloons with comments

I want to create comment balloons on this website:

I add simple graphic on right side, this part where you can see ‘4 comments’. Like you see on the preview screen, it is only simple example. I want to add there nice ballons icon with comments number inside. It will be a great place in my design and many websites use this tip. I am pretty sure that you know what i am talking about.

You can view this theme Hypowired and bought it for only 30$ using deviantART website. For sure theme is very unique and looks good. I am not sure about quality of code but you can test it online if you want.
