Well orderedlist.com and bartelme.at have one of the best designs out there so it is natural that they have imitator. If the author is cool with that i think it doesn’t bother me.

I really like these Top 20 list for inspiration but I am against ripping other peoples sites. I have seen alot of clones recently and it’s getting a bit disturbing
What ever happned to creativity?

The standard of some of sites on this follow up has sunk greatly. Nothing personal (as I do read his blog), but the Paul Stamatiou site is one of the ugliest around.

His design might be “ok” but his content is by far the best out of all these blogs. Dig into his archives or articles page and have a look for yourself.
Close only counts in horseshoes. The author is making the claim these are the 20 of the best designed blogs, not horrifically ugly designs with marginal content.

I think all blog designs suck. who wants to scroll down 15 pages on a website in order to read something?
who wants to check a calendar that is posted on the blog and check each day?
nope, quess again, I only read blogs that have some content worth reading and are posted on sites like digg or another information site.

yesssss, http://www.zooconcept.com is a great source for royalty free high res pictures, all kinds of stuff, a heaven for Kidrobot collectors and fashion driven surfers. Helps if you speak spanish

I followed the link to this article from digg, and as I got to the bottom of the list, my jaw dropped to the floor. I know the guy beind breaker design. In fact, I went to school with him, and took his place as the student web designer for my university when he moved out of town.

Great compilation! I really like how blogs have come to be a great form of creative expression down to the detail, such as layout.
In my humble opinion the ‘prequel selection’ was way better in quality.
